Each guest must select one of our meal packages and they cannot be shared. We have 3 packages that you can select from which are listed under our Menu.
Tea Seating Times: 11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm
Afternoon Tea is served on Wednesday through Sunday by reservation only.
Seating Time
Your seating begins at your scheduled time, regardless of late arrivals, and lasts one hour and thirty minutes. It is important that you and your guests arrive on time to be able to fully enjoy every moment of your afternoon tea experience.
Special Occasions
The RoyalTea Garden is a fabulous place to celebrate your bridal shower, baby shower, birthday or special occasion. Please make mention of any special occasion, as your table will be dressed for the celebration. You are welcome to bring your own cake. There is a caking cutting service charge of $2 per reserved seat. If you purchase a cake from us then the cutting service fee will be waived.
Reservation Changes
Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation time. We will do our best to accommodate you, but it will depend on seating availability. We prepare your afternoon tea experience just before you arrive, and based on the number of people in your reservation. If you have no shows in your party at the last minute, the cost of the no shows will be included in your bill. You have the option of having these extras served during your visit for your party to enjoy or we can pack it to go.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A $10 per person deposit is required at the time of booking a reservation. All deposits go towards your final bill. Deposits are refundable if cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the day of reservation. The menu preparation begins a day in advance and requires that we bring in necessary staff, so the cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
Dietary Restrictions
Vegetarian, gluten free, and nut free options are available upon request. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate vegan diets. Food Allergy Notice: Food and drinks prepared here may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, nuts & fish.
Payment Methods
Cash accepted, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 18% gratuity included for parties less than 6 ; 20% for parties more than 6.
Parking
Parking is located in the public parking lot next to the Pleasanton Parking Station on Neal Street, accessible from either West Neal Street or West Angela Street. During the weekdays, there are also on-street parking spots along Neal Street and Main Street with 3 hour parking limits 9AM to 6PM.
